Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bombs. Prepare to create a delightful chocolate treat using your two favorite ingredients! one of my current fave methods of enjoying chocolate.
1/3 cup of cocoa powder and 1/3 cup of erythritol powder
Salt, 1/8 teaspoon
3–4 dashes of water, as necessary
Instructions
In a bowl, mix peanut butter & butter.
The sweetener in powder, cocoa powder, and salt are added. The mixture should hold together but soft when formed into a ball. If it's a little crumbly then just a few drops of water are needed to make it come together.
Make a ball out of 1 Tablespoon of dough. produces about 8 to 10 balls. THIRTY mins in the fridge will help make the food firm. For up to 7 days, it will remain good if kept in the refrigerator in an airtight container.

When calculating net carbohydrates, keep in mind that the total dish contains 64 grams of sugar alcohol. If the recipe were divided into 8 fat bombs as directed, each serving would contain 9.14g of sugar alcohol.
