INGREDIENTS:
FOR CHICKEN
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Paprika

- ½ tsp. black pepper
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
FOR STUFFING:
- Half cup cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- One cup broccoli florets
- 1 piece garlic
- ¼ tsp. Salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
INGREDIENT NOTES:
CHICKEN BREAST:
- I use chicken breast without bone & skin. It should be large about 6 – 8 ounces each so that there should be enough space to stuff the filing.
GARLIC POWDER:
- I use garlic powder to make it more flavorful; you can also add fresh garlic but it cannot able to mix properly with the seasoning mix.
PAPRIKA:
- I added paprika powder to give it a color and subtle smokiness. If you want to make it more smokey you can add smoked paprika to it.
SALT & PEPPER:
- Salt & pepper is added to season the dish.
OLIVE OIL:
- Olive oil is used to sear the chicken breast; you can also use avocado oil or butter if you want to make it more indulgent.
BROCCOLI FLORETS:
- I use fresh broccoli to make this recipe stuffing, you can also use steamed broccoli but it should be finely chopped.
CHEDDAR CHEESE:
- I use sharp cheddar to make its stuffing it gives a tangy taste to the dish; you can also add a mild cheddar or mozzarella blend to make this stuffing.
CREAM CHEESE:
- Cream cheese is included in this stuffing to make it more indulgent, creamy, & smooth. You can also add ricotta cheese to make it light & fluffy.
PARMESAN CHEESE:
- I add the parmesan cheese to make it more flavorful.
GARLIC:
- I added crushed garlic to make it more flavorful and aromatic.

INSTRUCTION:
PREP THE CHICKEN FILLET:
- Heat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Take a baking dish and apply the olive oil to the dish.
- Grab the chicken breast and pat dry it with a paper towel.
- Take a sharp knife and create the pocket in the breast carefully and avoid any damage.
- Apply the pepper powder, garlic, & paprika powder, & salt on the outer side of the chicken breast.
MAKE THE FILLING & STUFF:
- Take a medium bowl and add the chopped broccoli, parmesan & cheddar cheese, pepper powder, crushed garlic, salt, & cream cheese.
- Mix all of them with the spatula till all of them get fully incorporated.
- Take a spoon and fill the chicken with the stuffing with the spoon.
- Then place the skillet on medium heat and add the olive oil.
- When the oil gets heated put the chicken fillet in it.
- Sear the chicken fillet from each side for 2 minutes or till they get golden brown.
- Put the chicken breast in the baking dish and bake them for 20 to 25 minutes at 165 degrees F.
- When the chicken fillet is baked; take the filet out & put them on the shelf for 5 minutes before serving.
TIPS:
- We can use mozzarella or Swiss to make the gooier filing of this stuffing.
- If we are using fresh florets of broccoli we can lightly steam them before making the stuffing.
STORAGE INFORMATION:
FRIDGE:
- Put the stuffed chicken breast in the sealed box and keep them for 3 to 4 days.
FREEZER:
- We can tightly cover the chicken breast with aluminum foil and then put it in the box and keep them for 3 months.
