  • Cheddar cheese 6 (shredded)
  • Butter or olive oil 5-6 tablespoons Thyme ½ teaspoons
  • 1 medium shallot (slices)
  • Almond flour 2 cups
  • Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
  • Chicken broth 1/3 cup
  • 3-4 Spinach (chopped)
  • Garlic powder ½ teaspoons
  • Cream cheese ½ cups
  • Pepper and salt according to your taste
  • Slices of 1 carrot

Instructions:

  1. Preheat or warm up the oven to 350 Fahrenheit, and sprinkle some oil or butter into the pie pan.
  2. Now take the bowl and make the mixture for the crust of the chicken pie.
  3. To make the crust add the eggs, almond flour, and salt and mix all of them in the bowl.
  4. Fold the crust mixture into the shredder cheese and set it to the pie pan.
  5. Bake the crust dough in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Now for the crust filling take the pan add the butter or ghee and heat it for 1 minute.
  7. After that, the slices of onion and cook unless they become light brown.
  8. Put the chicken into the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
  9. Add the spices, like garlic powder, ginger powder, thyme, cream cheese, and carrot and cook them for 5 minutes until become golden.
  10. Now put all the filling mixture into the hot pie pan.
  11. For the topping sprinkle the cheese all over the pan.
  12. Bake the chicken hot pie for 12-14 minutes until the top of the pie looks golden. After that take the hot pie pan out from the baking oven.
  13. Serve it! When becomes at room temperature.
