INGREDIENTS:
- 0.5 cup of keto sweetener (powdered allulose/erythritol)
- Fresh/defrosted cranberries, 300 g
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil

OIL:
Your cranberries would be too tough if you dried them without an oil coating. Use your choice of oil, like coconut, olive, or avocado.
SWEETENER:
We recommend you use the powdered sweeteners. We are using a blend of erythritol & allulose. You may try the other keto sweeteners as well.
CRANBERRIES:
You may use the fresh or frozen ones as you need. Pick the clean & undamaged cranberries to have the good quality of dried ones. There is a problem with using the frozen ones; they release more water, which is why they take longer to dry.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Plug the oven into the socket & heat it empty at 210 F.
- Pick a sheet for baking & cover it with parchment.
Treatment of frostbitten cherries:
- Boil the water & remove it from the heat.
- Include the frozen cranberries in it to defrost.
Fresh Cranberry Treatment:
- Include the water in a pot & heat it until it boils.
- Then include the fresh cranberries into it & cook on low heat.
- Wait till they become a little soft & their skin opens.
SEASONING THE CRANBERRIES:
- Drain the cranberries (fresh/frozen) & then spread them on the towel to dry.
- Pick a big container & shift all the cranberries into it.
- Include oil & sweetener (powdered) and coat them well.
OVEN DRYING:
- Transfer the seasoned cranberries to the baking sheet & spread them well.
- Shift this tray of berries in the oven & close the door for 4.5 hrs.
- Once the time has passed, open the oven door after switching the oven off.
- Leave the tray inside the oven for 7/8 hours.
DEHYDRATOR METHOD:
- Spread the seasoned cranberries in the dehydrator tray.
- Set its temperature to 125 F & timer at 8/12 hours.
- Check in between & remove them from the dehydrator as they get dried.

TIPS:
Check if all the cranberries don’t get popped in the hot water, then use a fork to pop open them. This way they will dry quickly. The other method you can use is to cut the cranberries in half. This will also increase their surface area.
Check the berries at regular intervals, as every model of the oven works in a different way.
STORAGE INFORMATION:
Pack the dried & cooled cranberries in a resealable jar & keep it at the counter if you have removed the moisture well.
FRIDGE:
If you feel that there is some moisture remaining, then it is better to keep that jar in the fridge.
FREEZER:
You can freeze that resealable jar for around 11/12 months.
