Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
24 ounces beef broth
28 ounces diced or crushed tomatoes
3-4 tablespoons of homemade taco seasoning
4 ounces salsa
4 ounces softened cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups cheddar cheese
Instructions
Sauté the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink.
Put garlic clove, beef broth, tomatoes, salsa, and
taco seasoning
.
First, bring it to a boil and then lower it to a simmer for 15 minutes.
Then gradually add the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, and cheddar cheese to the pot.
Stir until cheese is melted and soup is blended.
Serve and garnish with your favorite taco toppings.
