Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 24 ounces beef broth
  • 28 ounces diced or crushed tomatoes
  • 3-4 tablespoons of homemade taco seasoning
  • 4 ounces salsa
  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Sauté the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink.
  • Put garlic clove, beef broth, tomatoes, salsa, and taco seasoning.
  • First, bring it to a boil and then lower it to a simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Then gradually add the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, and cheddar cheese to the pot.
  • Stir until cheese is melted and soup is blended.
  • Serve and garnish with your favorite taco toppings.
