Method
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Grease two 8-inch bread pans.
- Mix all the dry ingredients (except sugar substitute) in a medium-sized bowl and set aside.
- Take a bowl(large) and beat butter(softened) and sugar substitute.
- Add cream cheese and mix well until completely combined.
- Add one egg at a time and make sure to mix well after each one.
- Mix all the dry ingredients well until completely combined.
- Finally, pour the melted baking chocolate into a stream and beat it until the mixture is completely mixed.
- Bake the pound cake for 60-70 minutes or until done.
- Let cake cool for FIFTEEN minutes. Take it out of the mold . Let cake to cool. Spread chocolate ganache.
Chocolate chips
- Mix the melted butter, baking chocolate, sugar substitute (preferably powder) well.
- Add heavy whipping cream and mix well.
- Finally, stir in the coconut oil.
Notes
This recipe makes two 8 × 5 inch loaves.
Recipe Baking Time Adjustment: Based on a few suggestions, I am reducing the temperature of the recipe to 325 degrees and forcing you to bake the cake for 70-90 minutes. Make sure the pound cakes are cooked evenly.
