Method
- Set the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a casserole dish(cooking spray).
- Combine all the ingredients for the meatballs. Create roughly 24 meatballs, then place them in the casserole.
- Bake the meatballs for THIRTY minutes, or until they are thoroughly cooked. Drain the cooking liquid slowly from the casserole dish.
- Add cheese and sauce on top. Bake for a further 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Optional: To toast the cheese at the end, I broiled it for three to four minutes. If you put the cheese under the broiler, be careful since it might burn rapidly.
