INGREDIENTS:

  • Oil of olives, 1 tablespoon
  • A pound of turkey (ground)
  • 2 beaten eggs (big-sized)
  • A grated zucchini (normal-sized)
  • Cumin, one tablespoon
  • 1/3 cup of coconut flour
  • A tablespoon of onion flakes (dried)
  • Nutritional yeast, One tablespoon
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped basil (fresh)
  • 0.5 tsp of salt
  • Chopped oregano (fresh), 2 tbsp
  • 4 garlic cloves

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat the empty oven to 400 F.
  2. Put a standard-sized container on your work surface & collect everything.
  3. Include all the items listed above (except olive oil) in that vessel.
  4. Mix everything well to form a mixture of meatballs.
  5. Use olive oil to oil the 1/2 baking pan (rimmed).
  6. Oil your hands & divide the mixture into 21/22 parts.
  7. To create an ideal ball, roll each component.
  8. Place each ball in the oiled baking pan one by one.
  9. Shift the baking pans in the oven once all the balls are shaped.
  10. Bake them till tender at 165 F central temperature on the meat thermometer.
  11. It will take around 18/20 minutes to have a nice golden brown color.
  12. Your meatballs are ready.

TIPS:

You can save your meatballs from adhering to the pans. Cover the empty pans using parchment or oil, then place the meatballs on them to bake.

Insert the thermometer (meat) to check the temperature of baked balls.

You can also swap the turkey lean meat with that of the chicken. Another option is to combine the two kinds of meat.

STORAGE INFORMATION:

FRIDGE:
Place the leftover baked meatballs inside the secured container. Consume them within 3/4 days while keeping them chilled in the fridge.

FREEZER:
Set the meatballs on the tray & shift the tray in the freezer. To prevent freezer burns, place the frozen meatballs inside the bag/container.
