INSTRUCTIONS:
DOUGH MAKING:
- Cover the sides and base of a baking dish(8 by 11 inches) using the parchment.
- Heat the empty oven to 350 degrees F & then start your work.
- Use a normal-sized vessel (microwave-safe) to melt the cream cheese & mozzarella.
- Plug in the electric mixer (stand), and include all the dry items in the vessel of the mixer.
- Mix them well using a spatula.
- Combine all the wet/liquid items in a separate vessel.
- Then include them in the mix of dry items.
- Fix the hook attachment to the mixer & run it till every item combines well.
- After around 5/7 mins, the dough has been formed.
- We have to roll the dough in an oval shape which should be a 20 by 16 inch oval.
- Now move towards the filling.
