  3. Use a normal-sized vessel (microwave-safe) to melt the cream cheese & mozzarella.
  4. Plug in the electric mixer (stand), and include all the dry items in the vessel of the mixer.
  5. Mix them well using a spatula.
  6. Combine all the wet/liquid items in a separate vessel.
  7. Then include them in the mix of dry items.
  8. Fix the hook attachment to the mixer & run it till every item combines well.
  9. After around 5/7 mins, the dough has been formed.
  10. We have to roll the dough in an oval shape which should be a 20 by 16 inch oval.
  11. Now move towards the filling.

  6. Your delicious Keto Cranberry & Orange Cinnamon Rolls are ready.

TIPS:

  • The dough we make is sticky which is why you should place the dough between cling wraps, parchment, or waxed paper. Then while rolling, our dough doesn’t adhere to the rolling pin or shelf.
  • Always measure out all the items with great precision to have the best results.
  • Cinnamon rolls are too soft. If you use a knife with a blunt edge to cut the rolls then, the shape of your rolls will be ruined. We recommend you use a sharp knife or dental floss to cut the perfect rolls out.
  • When your icing is ready, check the rolls. If they are still warm then wait till they come to normal temperature. Only then you should cover them under the icing.

STORAGE INFORMATION:

NORMAL TEMPERATURE/FRIDGE:

  • Pack the remaining (if any) cinnamon rolls in a locked vessel. If the weather isn’t too hot, keep it on the table or counter.
  • If you feel that the weather is too hot For the safety of rolls then shift them to the fridge.
  • You may enjoy them for five or seven days this way.

MAKE EARLIER OPTION:

  • There is an option that you may prepare them earlier & set them in the baking pan. Cover them using the wrap (cling). Place the baking pan in the refrigerator for a day almost. That is how you will be able to bake them the other day without any effort.

FREEZER:

  • You may also freeze the ready-to-bake pan for around 100 or 120 days. Shift them to the oven in the frozen state. You only have to give them five/ten mins more to bake.

FAQs:

Is it possible to keep the shape of the rolls maintained while cutting?

  • Yes, Use an extra sharp knife or dental floss to cut the rolls without reshaping them.

Why do we use butter in the filling of cinnamon rolls?

  • The cinnamon sugar will not stick up properly if we skip the butter. In addition, butter gives a juicy & soft texture to the rolls.

Which type of cranberries should we use? fresh/frozen?

  • You may use both of them. The difference is that when the cranberries get roasted they open up & release their juices. This will give you the taste. If we spread the frozen cranberries, they will only get defrosted during the baking.
