INGREDIENTS:
CHOCOLATE STICKS:
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup powdered Erythritol
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil
- ¼ cup chopped pecans or almonds
CHOCOLATE COATING:
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons powdered Erythritol
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt

INSTRUCTION:
MAKE THE STICKS:
- Take a saucepan adds the coconut oil to the pan and melt the oil on low flame.
- Take a mixing bowl and add the melted coconut oil, almond butter & cocoa powder.
- Whisk both ingredients till they get smooth.
- Add the Erythritol to the bowl and mix it till it gets properly incorporated.
- Then add the vanilla essence and salt to the bowl and mix them again with the whisk.
- We can also add MCT oil to the bowl and mix them again to make it smooth.
- Take the silicon chocolate molds and pour the mixture into the molds.
- Tap the molds lightly to smooth the mixture then put them in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours so they get the shape properly.
COATING:
- Take a small mixing bowl and add the melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, salt, Erythritol, & cocoa powder.
- Mix them with the whisk till they get smooth.
- When the chocolate gets set remove them from the mold and pour the chocolate mixture on it.
- Then place these sticks in the freezer to get set again for more than 30 minutes then enjoy.
TIPS:
- We can include additional coconut oil to thin the consistency of the chocolate mixture if it gets thick a little.
- I use Erythritol to make these chocolate sticks but you can also use monk fruit or stevia to make them.
- If you don’t have chocolate molds then you can pipe the stick shape line on the parchment paper line baking sheet and put it in the freezer to get set.
- You can also add some additional mix-ins like shredded coconut, or some chopped nuts like almonds, peanuts, walnuts, or pistachios.
STORAGE INFORMATION:

- We can put these in the box and keep them for 2 – 3 days in it.
FREEZER:
- Put these sticks in the jar and store them for one month.
