For us personally, the darker the chocolate, even basic baking chocolate is just heavenly! Although some people might think I’m insane, dark chocolate is my preferred method of fulfilling my sweet desire.
IT CONTAINS PEANUT BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE!
I mean, isn’t that the world’s most divine flavor combination? In our opinion, yes. However, using peanut butter helps to lessen the intensity of the ultra dark chocolate by reducing the amount of cocoa powder.
A win-win situation!
Fat Bombs with chocolate and peanut butter
Each dish has 2 Net Carbs.
This full recipe contains 64 grammes of sugar alcohols and yields roughly 8 fat bombs. Each fat bomb contains 8g of sugar alcohol. By removing the sugar and alcohol from the carbs, one can determine the net carbs in each fat bomb.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cups of butter
- a third cup of peanut butter
- 1/3 cup of cocoa powder and 1/3 cup of erythritol powder
- Salt, 1/8 teaspoon
- 3–4 dashes of water, as necessary
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter & butter.
- The sweetener in powder, cocoa powder, and salt are added. The mixture should hold together but soft when formed into a ball. If it’s a little crumbly then just a few drops of water are needed to make it come together.
- Make a ball out of 1 Tablespoon of dough. produces about 8 to 10 balls. THIRTY mins in the fridge will help make the food firm. For up to 7 days, it will remain good if kept in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
