Snickers bars had the ideal flavour combination, so I couldn’t help but transform them into something that would also make my body happy.

I used to consume a LOT of Snickers. Obviously, they are one of those things that I couldn’t help but reach for whenever I needed a snack.

So I wondered: What if I invented my own Snickers bar? even sugar-free brownie Snickers, perhaps!

Something that one may munch on whenever one feels hungry, but without the calories that come along with it?

A Confection of The Perfect Brownie And Candy

I admit that I was hesitant when I initially considered making my own carb-free brownie snickers. To be quite honest, I didn’t think it was feasible to have a chocolatey brownie layer on top of healthy, low carb candy.

The fact that I was able to pull this off is proof of how far society has come, of how hard individuals work to better themselves (and their health), as well as of my unwavering faith that anything is possible.

I toyed with the notion for weeks before deciding that, yes, I could make it healthier—allowing me and other ketoers to indulge without feeling guilty.

INGREDIENTS

Brownie Mixture

  • Melted half a cup of unsalted butter
  • 34 cup of monkfruit
  • Three big eggs
  • Vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp.
  • A half-cup of almond flour
  • one-third cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon plain gelatin
  • 12 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 14 cup of water

Fudge with peanut butter.

  • unsweetened organic peanut butter, 3/4 cup
  • Unsalted butter, 6 tbsp.
  • Vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp.
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • Monkfruit powder, 3/4 cup

Caramel Keto

  • One-fourth cup unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp. monkfruit
  • NuNaturals Salted Caramel Syrup, 2 tablespoons
  • 1/fourth cup heavy cream
  • Xanthan gum, 1/4 teaspoon

A coating of chocolate

  • 8-ounce bar of dark chocolate without sugar
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Monkfruit powder, 1/4 cup

INSTRUCTIONS

Brownie

  1. Set the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Use parchment paper to line an 8 by 8 inch baking tray.
  3. Mix three eggs, two and a half cups of monkfruit sweetener, one and a half cups of unsalted melted butter, and one and a half teaspoons of vanilla essence in a big bowl.
  4. 1 tbsp of unflavored gelatin, 12 tsp of baking powder, and 1/4 tsp of salt are added together with 12 cup of almond flour and 13 cup of cocoa powder. To achieve a better consistency, stir in the 1/4 cup of water.
  5. In the lined baking pan, spread the batter. Until edges becomes brown and center becomes moist, bake for TWENTY mins.
  6. Allow it to totally firm up while cooling in the pan.

Fudge with peanut butter.

  1. 34 cups of unsweetened peanut butter and 6 tbsp of unsalted butter should be stirred and melted together in a medium pot over medium heat. Put (teaspoon)1/2 of vanilla extract & 1/4(teaspoon) salt.
  2. A little at a time, stir in the 1/4 cup of powdered monkfruit sweetener. When completely solid, spread over the cooled brownies and place in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.

Caramel Keto

  1. 14 cup of butter, 3 tbsp of monkfruit sweetener, and 2 tbsp of NuNaturlas’ Salted Caramel Syrup should all be combined in a medium pot over medium heat. For THREE to FIVE mins, heat , or after bringing to a boil until it gets golden brown.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of heavy cream after removing from the heat. It will bubble vigorously.
  3. When adding the xanthan gum, mix it in quickly.
  4. Re-heat the mixture, and then boil it for another minute. Spread the cooled peanut butter fudge over the cooling, spreadable portion.

A coating of chocolate

  1. Add 8 ounces of chopped Bakers chocolate to a medium bowl that can go in the microwave.
  2. For a total of 4 mins, stir every FORTY secs while melting in the microwave.
  3. Put 1/4 cup of monkfruit powder and ONE tsp of coconut oil. until it gets smooth, stir.
  4. Pour on top of the fully hardened caramel layer.
  5. After it has had time to solidify, cut it into 9 squares.
