- 4 large broccoli stems
- 2 tbsp. roasted sesame oil

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Take the broccoli stems and wash the stem with clean water.
- Then make the broccoli noodles with the spiral vegetable cutter. We can also make the noodles with the vegetable peeler as well.
- Then put the broccoli noodles in the bowl.
- Take a small bowl and add the coconut aminos, sesame oil, ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, apple cider vinegar, and pepper powder.
- Mix them with the whisk.
- Then pour the sauce into the noodles bowl and mix them properly to combine.
