INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTION:

OMELET:

  1. Take a bowl (large), add the eggs to the bowl, beat them.
  2. Then add in the celery, kale, sprouts, and cooked chicken in the omelet ingredients.
  3. In a pan (medium), heat 1 to 2 tbsp. of oil over heat (medium).
  4. Drop ½ to ⅔ of the omelet mixture into the pan at a time while it’s hot.
  5. Give each omelet two to three minutes to brown on both sides.
  6. Every cooked omelet should be taken to a platter.

SAUCE:

  1. Put the saucepan (medium) on heat (medium).
  2. Add the chicken soup, drops of stevia, tamari, and xanthan gum to the saucepan, and mix it with the whisk.
  3. Boil the mixture and mix it with the whisk in between.
  4. Put the sauce on the shelf.

SERVING SUGGESTION:

  • Those who are following the keto diet can have this dish with cauliflower rice, cauliflower risotto, keto fried rice, garlic cauliflower rice, and shirataki soup.
