- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion

INSTRUCTION:
- Take a knife and cut the top of the garlic bunch.
- Apply the olive oil on the bunch of garlic, then sprinkle some salt & pepper.

- Then we can roast the garlic bunch in the oven at 375 degrees F for thirty minutes or till they gets soft and caramelized.
- Put the large pot on moderate heat and warm the olive oil in the pot.
