INSTRUCTION:
TO MAKE THE CUPCAKES:
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Put the parchment cups in the muffin tin and then apply the oil in the tin with the brush.
- Take a large bowl and add salt, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking powder, coconut flour, & protein powder & mix all the components with the whisk.
- Then add the peppermint extract, butter, & eggs in the same bowl and properly mix all of them and form a smooth batter.
- Include a quarter cup of coffee at a time to make the batter a little thick but scoopable.
- Transfer the batter evenly to all the cavities of the muffin tin.
- Bake these peppermint cupcakes for about twenty to twenty-five minutes or till they get firm to touch.
- When these peppermint cupcakes are prepared then take them out and put them in the corner to get chill.
FOR PREPARING THE FROSTING:
- Put a big bowl on shelf & include the butter & cream cheese and beat them till they get even for around two minutes.
- Include the peppermint extract, sweetener, and vanilla extract to the bowl & beat them again.
- Then add the whipping cream in the same bowl slowly and beat them till we get a consistency to spread the frosting.
