BAGEL BAGEL BITS

These Keto Bagel Bites are ideal for any occasion, whether you eat them as a quick lunch, snack, or as a party meal.
These bagel bites were made with my favorite fathead dough. Almond flour, cream cheese, and mozzarella cheese are my go-to ingredients (and few more baking ingredients). I create low-carb pumpkin pretzel nibbles and low-carb rosemary dinner rolls using the same dough.

SIMPLE KETO LUNCH

These bagel bits are a great source of protein and healthy fats, two components of the keto diet. Each bagel bite contains 4 grams of net carbs, so I advise pairing it with your preferred chopped salad or a plate of raw vegetables and keto dip.

If you need to go right away, grab a few bagel bites and your preferred keto shake or smoothie to go with them. These will work well with a keto trail mix as well.

I sprinkled Everything Bagel Seasoning on top of the bagel bites. Onion powder, sea salt, or cinnamon and sugar-substitute coating can be used to make them sweet rather than salty.

In addition, I like to roll the raw bagel bites in grated parmesan cheese. They acquire a delicious flavor and crisp exterior as a result.

ALMOND FLOUR KETO BAGELS RECIPE

The cream cheese can be substituted with so many different ingredients.

Put some hot poblano or jalapeño peppers within. or incorporate your preferred kind of shredded cheese. Also delicious would be to stuff some dill pickles into these bagels!

Recipe for cream cheese bagels

Although it would be equally simple to bake the bagel dough in a muffin pan, I created these tiny bagel bits on a baking sheet. They may have a muffin-like appearance, but they won’t lack in flavor!

Although they are at their best when hot and straight from the oven, you can store them in the refrigerator and reheat them at a later time during the week.
Additionally freezer-friendly are these bagel bits! Bake them, then let them cool fully before freezing.

Put the frozen bagel bites in a freezer-safe food storage bag that can be sealed after use.
