- Three ounces cream cheese (softened)

- Perfect keto cereal is used in this recipe because it does not get soft upon mixing it with the mixture. You can also use keto Thin Mints chocolate cereal (Keto) or keto chocolate cookies if you want as a substitute.
Vanilla collagen powder:
- Vanilla collagen powder adds thickness to the Popsicle mixture. You can add simple collagen powder as well as the extract of vanilla and sweetener to the mixture. We can also skip the collagen powder but it may affect the consistency of the Popsicle mixture.
Almond milk:
- I use almond milk in this recipe; we can also use coconut milk as well if you like its taste.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Crush the cereal:
- Put the half cup of keto cereal in the zip lock bag.
- With the help of kitchen millet crush the cereal and form the coarse crumbs.
- You can also make its crumbs in the food processor.
Blend the ice cream:
- In a blender add the cream cheese (softened), heavy whipping cream, almond milk, vanilla collagen powder, swerve sweetener, and extract of vanilla.
- Blend all the ingredients till it become smooth.
- Add the crushed cereal to the blender jar and blend it again until it gets mixed with the mixture.
- Place the Popsicle mold on the shelf and pour the ice cream mixture into the six molds equally.
- Add the wooden sticks to the Popsicle mold and freeze them for six hours.
- Take out the Popsicle from the mold by running it under hot water then tap gently you will get the Popsicle out.
TIPS
- Crush the cereal properly with a kitchen mallet or you can also use a food processor for this purpose.
- Freeze the popsicles for at least six hours or overnight if possible.
- Directly run the mold in the hot water to get the popsicles out or you can do this with the knife also. Run the knife in hot water and separate the edges.
