- 1.5 lb chicken drum sticks (I used 3 whole legs)
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup ultrafine graded persimmon cheese
- 1 teaspoon sea salt.
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly crushed pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder.
- 2 tablespoons oil.
How to make Keto Crispy Chicken Drum Sticks.
Coat the chicken legs with oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and garlic powder.
In a bowl, combine almond flour and parsley.
Coat the chicken legs with the flour/cheese mixture then transfer to an air fryer basket.
Set the air fryer to 400ºF for 25 minutes. When cooking, flip the chicken legs halfway.
You can fry these drumsticks over low heat until they are fully cooked. You can still freeze them after coating and use them whenever needed.
