Keto Grilled Cheese

I just made the BEST Keto Grilled Cheese sandwich ever and I’m so excited!! It was delicious to eat and super easy to make. I devoured it! Boy, have I been missing a good sandwich! iSince I’ve had one, t’s been TWO years. I didn’t think of making a low carb sandwich earlier and I don’t know why I’ve been missing out!

Made with a super simple 60 second bread recipe, this Keto grilled cheese recipe is so good that I have it memorized!

Keto Grilled Cheese Bread Recipe Ingredients

60 Second Bread ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbs butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • To make a Keto Grilled Cheese sandwich, add one or two slices of your favorite cheese!

Keto Grilled Cheese Instructions

  1. For your sandwich, choose the microwave-safe shape you want. To make the perfect keto bread shape, I used this square microwave-safe dish!
  2. For about 10 to 15 seconds, heat up 1 tbs of butter in your microwave-safe dish, until it’s fully melted.
  3. Add the pinch of salt, almond flour, baking powder and egg. Mix until all of the ingredients is well mixed.
  4. For SIXTY seconds, now place that microwave-safe dish back in the microwave, or until the bread has fully cooked. (if your microwave has less watts, it could take NINETY seconds)
  5. From the container, remove the bread. Be careful, it’s hot!
  6. Slice the bread in half using a bread knife to form TWO slices of bread.
  7. Heat 1 tsp of butter in a small frying pan until it’s fully melted.
  8. In the frying pan, place ONE slice of Keto bread.
  9. Add ONE or TWO slices of your (favorite)cheese.
  10. On top of the cheese slice, place the other slice of Keto breads.
  11. On each side, cook for about THIRTY seconds to a minute until on both sides, the sandwich is golden brown.
  12. Serve warm and enjoy!
