I adore this two-pack of moulds for tiny fat bombs! Due to the silicone nature, whatever you put in them pops out quickly. They have the appearance of little Reese’s Cups.

Why Coconut Butter and Manna are a Keto Dieter’s Best Friends?

I believe that coconut manna/butter is one of those sometimes disregarded items that is PERFECT for the keto diet, much like tahini. Why it’s amazing is as follows:

Just 1g of net carbohydrates per tablespoon.
Due to the fact that it is manufactured from coconut meat, it has a naturally high sugar content.
It can be melted to fit into a mould, but after it has hardened, it won’t melt readily in your fingers, making it the ideal fat bomb basis.
It reminds me a lot like frosting as it melts, do I really need to say more?

 8 tbsp melted coconut manna
 4 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes or macaroon coconut
  tsp stevia,
 8 Capella Pia Colada flavored drops,

Melt the coconut manna.

In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients with 8 tbsp of melted coconut manna.

Pour into moulds for fat bombs. My utilized moulds produced fifteen fat bombs.

30 minutes of freezing is required to cool.
