KETO BAKED PICKLE CHIPS. To make these low carb baked pickles, just 3 ingredients are used . They are a great appetiser or snack and very easy to make. It will be enjoyed by the whole family including the kids.
To 200C/400F degrees, preheat the oven .
Mix the almond flour and Parmesan in a shallow bowl or plate .
Into the mixture, dip the pickle slices and ensure both sides are coated.
On a parchment paper lined baking tray, place the pickles .
For TEN minutes, bake , turn over and for an additional TEN minutes, bake .
