Lemon Mug Cake:
1 tbsp butter, melted
3 tbsp almond flour, packed
½ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sweetener (use your sweetener of choice, (granular monkfruit)
3 (OR 1 egg white) tbsp egg whites
1 tsp lemon juice
tsp lemon zest
Lemon Glaze:
1 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp powdered sweetener (granular)
tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp lemon juice
⅛ tsp lemon zest

Into a mug, add ingredients for mug cake, mix thoroughly and for 1 min 20 secs, microwave!
