 1 lime, juiced with zest removed, or 3 tablespoons lime juice, concentrated
 2 teaspoons of shredded coconut without sugar
 1 teaspoon sweeteners Swerve or use your preferred sweetener

Blend together coconut milk, lime zest, lime juice, coconut shavings, and sweetener.
