This straightforward recipe is free of sugar and ideal for brunch or breakfast.

Oven to 350 degrees. Prepare muffin pan(nonstick).
Bread should be torn or cut into cubes of 3/4" to 1" and placed in a shallow baking dish or a big basin.
Use a whisk or fork to stir the eggs, milk, syrup, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
Use a potato masher or other utensil of choice to mash the bananas in a different bowl or area. The mixture in the mixing bowl will then be combined with the mashed bananas.
Once combined, pour these ingredients over the bread(cover it). To properly cover the bread with the mixture, you might need to move the loaf about with a fork or spoon.
Place the moistened bread pieces evenly among the prepared muffin cups.
