INGREDIENTS

Fruit pizza base: Sugar cookie

  • almond flour, 1 cup
  • a third cup of coconut flour

  • Light whipped cream, 1/2 cup,
  • 1/4 cup of sweetener in powder
  • Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon

  • 1/cup of raspberries
  • 1 cup of cut strawberries
  • Blueberries, 2/3/cup

Instructions

  1. With parchment paper, line baking sheet .
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Put aside.
  3. Take a bowl(big) and mix baking powder, powdered erythritol, coconut flour, and almond flour.
  4. Mix together softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract using a silicone spatula. Mix until a batter that is slightly thick and sticky forms.
  5. Flatten the dough into a sizable (10 inch) circle after transferring it to the baking pan.
