 2 tablespoons avocado oil divided
 (cut into rounds) Two Beef and Cheddar Kiolbassa Smoked Sausages
 1 large turnip peeled and diced (270g)
 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
 ¼ onion diced (56g)
 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 1 green onion sliced, for garnish
 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley for garnish

To 10.5” or larger cast-iron skillet, put 1 tbsp. of the oil over medium-high heat. Put the oil, sear the sausage rounds for 1-2 minutes per side once hot, until turns brown. Remove and put it aside.

Put spices and turnips. Heat 7-10 mins stirring occasionally until they are crisp and its easily pierces the turnips, golden on the outside.

Put onion to the turnips and heat for three mins until it starts to get soften.

Put the sausages back to the skillet and heat for another 2-3 mins to heat through. Use cheese to sprinkle, allow to melt then use green onions and parsley for toping before serving.
