 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
 4 ounces cream cheese
 2 eggs
 2 1/4 cups almond flour
 1/4 cup coconut flour
 1/4 cup buttermilk / (plain low carb yogurt)
 1 teaspoon baking soda
 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Take a glass bowl(small) add shredded cream cheese and mozzarella cheese. Microwave at One min intervals until the cream cheese has softened and cheese is melted. Melt the shredded cheese over the stovetop in a non-stick skillet if you don't want to use a microwave and use softened cream cheese.
