  • English cucumber 1 pound
  • Pepperoni slices 4 ounces
  • Cherry tomatoes 8 ounces
  • Black olives 1 can
Italian dressing:
  • Parmesan cheese ¼ cup
  • Olive oil ½ cup
  • Italian seasoning 1 tsp.
  • Red wine vinegar 2tbsp.
  • Minced garlic 1tsp.
  • Lemon juice 2tbsp.
