Creamy Keto Fudge Popsicles

Creamy keto Fudge Popsicles

Creamy Keto Fudge Popsicles. With popsicle recipes, I’ve been experimenting and it has been kinda fun! Before, I tried making mason jar ice cream and it was not really good. When it comes to ice cream, I am a bit picky. Honestly, I’m tired of paying almost $5 for a small pint size, I really like the Arctic Zone Ice cream I can get at my local grocery store. To come up with my own, I decided to do some experimenting.

For me, this way of eating has been a life-changing experience. Until I tried to quit, I never realized how addicted I was to sugar. With little to no sugar, I will always create recipes. here are products out there that allow for us to have without the guilt or calories of sugar, thank goodness . In fact, Erythritol, Monk Fruit, Stevia, and Swerve are some of my favorite sugar substitutes.
These are super delicious and best for days like these where the weather is too hot and even the kids are going to love it.

Note: To the mixture, Xanthan Gum Powder adds a certain thickness that creates a thick and creamy ice cream texture. I did a test with and without it. Rather than a creamy texture like ice cream, the popsicle without the xanthan gum powder was more like an ice milk.

As much as we do, we hope you enjoy it too! Stay cool out there!
