This Keto Air Fryer Duffin is grain and free of gluten because it can be prepared with almond flour. But these duffins are not free of dairy due to the usage of butter. But we used coconut oil instead of butter to create them free of dairy. It only comprises 4g net carbs, & 3g fiber/serving.

INGREDIENTS:
TO MAKE THE DUFFINS:
- 1 & ½ cups almond flour
- ¼ cup Erythritol or Allulose
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Without sugar almond milk 1/4 cup
- One-fourth cup of coconut oil or butter
- A large egg
- One teaspoon of vanilla extract

- Mont fruit sweetener one-fourth cup
- ¼ tsp of crushed cinnamon

INSTRUCTION:
- Preheat the air fryer for three mins at 320 degrees.
- Apply the oil to the basket with the brush or cooking spray and place the parchment paper in it.
- Take a normal bowl. Add baking powder, erythritol, almond flour, baking soda, salt, and crushed cinnamon.
- Mix all items with the whisk.
- Grab a separate bowl and add the buttermilk, melted butter or coconut oil, vanilla essence, & eggs.
- Mix them with the whisk till they get smooth.
- Transfer the liquid components to the dry components.
- Mix them with the whisk till we get the smooth consistency of the batter.
- Then add the batter to the silicon cups with the spoon and just fill the half so that it can rise well.
- Air-fried them for 11 to 13 minutes at 320 degrees.
- Meanwhile, take a bowl add the sugar and cinnamon in the bowl and combine all ingredients with the whisk.
- When the duffins are done, then apply the butter on the duffins with the brush.
- Roll them in the cinnamon sugar bowl.
TIPS:
- We can apply the oil in the basket or line the parchment paper in the basket so that they can’t get sticks.
- Add a little amount of almond flour to make the perfect duffin dough.
- Try to always check the air fryer in a few intervals because time can vary in different models.
- We can fill each cup half to avoid overflowing the batter and also to give the space to rise perfectly.
