I learned about the Chicago Dog for the first time at Sonic Burgers. Since I reside on the West Coast, Chicago Dogs aren’t particularly well-liked here. But what really struck me was how many toppings were stacked high on this delicious hot dog.

It has grown to be my favorite kind of hot dog. Thanks to my recipe for keto hot dog buns, I can now have a keto Chicago dog.
