 1 egg
 1 tablespoon heavy cream
 ¼ cup grated parmesan
 20g pork rinds, crushed
 seasonings of choice (prefer garlic powder, pepper, oregano, and salt)
 ¼ cup marinara sauce
  cup shredded mozzarella

To about 1″ thick, pound chicken breasts so they cook more evenly and quicker.

Take a bowl and whisk egg and cream in it.

Take another bowl and mix seasonings, pork rinds, and parmesan.

In egg mixture, dip each piece of chicken, then press into “breading”

  • – 1 egg

  • – 1/4 cup grated parmesan

  • – 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • – 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella

Steps

1. To about 1″ thick, pound chicken breasts so they cook more evenly and quicker.

To air fry:

Preheat to 360F, add chicken and heat for Six mins, flip, top with mozzarella and marinara, and heat additional Five minutes.

To fry:

Take any oil of choice and heat it in pan and add chicken. Fry until it gets golden brown then flip. Top with mozzarella and marinara and finish in the oven (400F until thermometer reads 165 in the chicken).

On the side of mine is kohlrabi “linguine” which we get in a bag and just throw in the microwave. I mixed mine with some more parmesan cheese and garlic powder and 1/2 tablespoon of butter.
