Keto Fathead Pizza Crust

Has anyone ever tried keto Fathead pizza crust? You guys are in for a treat because it’s unbelievably similar to “real” pizza dough made with wheat! After trying this KETO FATHEAD PIZZA CRUST recipe, you’re going to notice that it’s gluten-free and keto pizza. The one quality that’s so difficult to achieve with low carb baked goods that’s chewy. e have to say that we were pretty excited the first time we tried this low carb pizza.


  • It’s dough is low carb, gluten-free and keto that is made with low carb flour, cream cheese, egg and mozzarella.
  • There’s a reason that this pizza crust is such a staple for a keto diet plan. It’s super easy to make, and the best part is that the texture is amazingly close to real pizza!
  • You can make low carb bagels and other baked goods by using this fathead pizza dough.


  • 1 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese (cut into cubes)
  • 2 large Egg (beaten)
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Flour


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. With parchment paper, line a pizza pan.
  2. Take a bowl and mix together the shredded mozzarella and cubed cream cheese. Stirring halfway through, microwave for 90 secs, . At the end, stir again until it gets well incorporated.
    Stir in the beaten eggs and coconut flour. Use your hand to knead until a dough formation. If before fully mixed the dough becomes hard, you can microwave for 10-15 secs to soften it.
  3. Onto the lined pizza pan to 1/4″ thickness spread the dough, and by using your hands over a piece of parchment. Poke lots of holes throughout the crust by using a toothpick to prevent bubbling.
  4. Bake for 6 mins. In any places where you see bubbles forming, poke more holes. Bake for 3-7 more mins, until it turns golden brown.
