  • Beef broth 1/2 cup
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp.

  • Minced and finely chopped garlic 4 cloves

Instructions:

Slow cooker instructions:
  1. Whisk the garlic, erythritol, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, sesame oil, beef broth, and ginger in a large mixing bowl mix it properly, and transfer it to the cooker.
  2. Cover the cooker with the large plate and cook it for 7 to 8 hours on medium heat.
  3. When meat is fork tender ribs are done.
  4. Use a small bowl, whisk the cold water and xanthan gum, and mix it well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the instant pot or slow cooker also cover it with a large plate and cook it for 30 minutes on high heat or cook it until it becomes thickened and take it out of the cooker.

Instant pot directions:
