KETO LOW CARB CAULIFLOWER PIZZA
Cauliflower can me made into some amazing things! This cauliflower pizza crust recipe will satisfy that pizza craving if you’re on a low carb or keto diet! Quick, easy and delicious!
Ingredients
- 10 ounces cauliflower rice
- 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg large (¼ cup liquid)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a food processor, place cauliflower and pulse until it gets rice like and crumbly.
- In a dry skillet, heat the cauliflower rice over medium high heat, about 10 minutes, stirring often to remove as much moisture as possible. Add seasonings and parmesan cheese, once it looks somewhat dry.
- On medium heat, continue to cook until the parmesan is melted.
- Take it out from the heat and stir in the egg.
- On a round (12 inch)pizza pan, use parchment and spray with cooking spray(olive oil). Spread out the “dough” and flatten. On top, if it’s too sticky for your hands to spread, use another piece of parchment paper and to form a crust, make the edges slightly higher.
- Bake for Twenty mins. Add your favorite toppings and bake another Ten mins. Cut into Eight slices(large).
- Serve!
