Keto Steak Taco On Pork Rind Tortillas

Keto Steak Tacos On Pork Rind Tortillas. Low-carb tortillas are hotly contested as “true” Keto foods. I won’t go into it today, but I will put an end to the argument with a substitute you can prepare right away using three key keto ingredients. I had no idea how useful pork rinds could be.

How To Make

Finely ground pork skin in a food processor.
For THIRTY seconds, microwave the mozzarella & cream cheese. Then, mix in a bowl(medium).
Mix the loosened pork belly and add the egg (this part is easier to mix with wet hands).
You need to add a bit more pork skin(if the mixture seems too wet).
Microwave for an additional 15-20 seconds when the mixture is cool and no longer soft.
With the mixture, form a ball and then it must be placed between two pieces of parchment.
Roll out to desired thickness (thin to crunchy)
Cut into circles and place in a nonstick skillet. Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until browned on one side.

Steak Prep:

Let it come to room temperature.
Season steak seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Add avocado oil or your favorite oil over medium-high heat
Grill one side of the steak to your desired temperature
Let steak sit for 10 minutes and cut into slices
Toppings of your choice (I used avocado, salsa, and sautéed green peppers this time).

I produced a delicious, guilt-free dinner using a particular combination of unflavored pork rinds, egg, cream cheese, and mozzarella. It filled everyone up and left them wanting more.
