Best Oreo Keto Chaffles

Everything you love about your favorite cookie you’re going to find in this amazingly delicious Best Oreo Keto Chaffles recipe! You will be making this keto chaffle over and over again, with a crispy chocolate shell and a fluffy, cream-filled center!

Ingredients

Chocolate Chaffle

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 2 tbsp Lakanto Monkfruit,
  • 1 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Filling

  • Whipped Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat waffle maker(mini).
  2. Combine all chaffle ingredients in a bowl(small).
  3. Into the center of the waffle iron, pour half of the chaffle mixture. For 3-5 minutes, allow to cook.
  4. For the second chaffle, carefully remove and repeat. So that they crisp up, allow chaffles to sit for a few minutes.
  5. For the filling, we went for whipped cream.

Notes

We simply used whipped cream and preferred a simple feeling for this. However use 1 tbsp Lakanto Powdered Sweetener, 2 tbsp cream cheese (softened), and 1/4 tsp vanilla, if you’d like a cream cheese filling. Mix all ingredients and once chaffle is cooled to room temperature, spread frosting.
