Easy Keto Cinnamon Roll Fat Bombs

Easy Keto Cinnamon Roll Fat Bombs. This one hit the spot the first time as I often want to tweak a recipe.Easy fat bombs are a great low carb sweet snack for you if you living a ketogenic lifestyle or mastering keto recipes. To curb cravings and stay satisfied, they provide the fat you need.

Easy, Easy Cinnamon Roll Fat Bomb Recipe

Because they are way too easy to make, I call these easy. And super easy means there’s no excuse. So a great way to start the day is paring this with my favorite bulletproof coffee. Until well after lunch, it keeps me satisfied, and I get a cinnamon roll (sort of) for breakfast.

Simple Fat Bomb – Simple Ingredients

Morning? Yeah, but that’s just me – you may want to keep these around for afternoon cravings – also a great time for that cinnamon roll flavor. In fact for easy sweet treats, is there a time that is NOT a great time? This recipe is da BOMB (literally). The ingredients are so simple and use ingredients that are high fat and low carb.

You can leave it out and increase the other sugar if you don’t have a brown sugar sugar free substitute like the Swerve we’ve used here. But in the house, this brown sugar Swerve is a staple – keto or not.

It’s as simple as mixing it up fluffy and nice, rolling into balls and store in freezer/fridge. Some have said when frozen, the fat bombs are too hard. Mine are hard, I’ve not had that problem – but easily bitten – so you’ll have to judge for yourself. In the fridge, you can always store them, and I’ve had success with that.

A Great Biscuit Spread

Not sure you want to eat it plain? On a Carbquik biscuit, try it as a spread. How’s that for a cinnamon roll!? Nom nom nom! It’s really based on how many balls you get from a batch for my nutritional info provided. And that is based on the size of the ball. So to make sure you stay within your macros, please do your own calculations.

1 8oz brick cream cheese
(we use Kerrygold) 8 tbs grassfed butter
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup erythritol brown
