How To Make

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese. Until the cheese is melted, heat for THIRTY seconds. So they are combined, stir the cheese. Combine the almond flour and baking powder in a smaller bowl. Mix until the melted cheeses. Add in a beaten egg white when the almond flour and cheese are nearly combined and stir well. Mix dough using your hands’ so egg whites(no egg whites visible) are completely incorporated, add almond flour, if it’s too wet, ONE tbsp at a time until it feels right. On a silicone baking sheet, lay the dough. Spread the dough into a thin rectangle using a rolling pin. Over the dough, layer the shredded cheese, string cheese, and deli ham slices and tightly roll.
Then to crushed pork rinds, roll it, and make sure it is evenly covered. Until it gets golden brown, bake for 15-17 minutes.
Slice into rolls (not too thin).
