INGREDIENTS

  • cooked, shredded 1 1/2 pounds of chicken breast
  • 8 1/2 ounces of sugar-free barbecue sauce
  • 12 teaspoon salt and garlic
  • 2 12 cups of coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage and half a cup of red onion
  • 1 Monterey cup grated Jack cheese
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6 cooked and crumbled bacon slices

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Set the oven’s temperature to 425°F (218°C).
  2. A 10″ (25 cm) or bigger cast-iron skillet should be used to cook the chicken. Sprinkle the red onion and garlic salt on top of the chicken after pouring the BBQ sauce over it.
  3. Combine the chicken with the remaining Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese. Add the coleslaw mixture on top, followed by the remaining cheeses and bacon crumbles.
  4. Until the cheese starts to bubble, bake for FIFTEEN mins, after transfer to the oven.
  5. Serve right away.
