Keto Seeded Bread Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to ensure even distribution of the seeds.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil or butter, and water until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing as you go. Stir until a thick and cohesive batter forms.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake the bread in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the bread out of the pan and transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
