KETO CHOCOLATE FONDUE

Keto Chocolate Fondue

KETO CHOCOLATE FONDUE. To make a chocolate fondue at home, it’s surprisingly easy, and the result is decadent and rich.

This tasty fondue is made with three ingredients and ready in 15 minutes, one of my favorite desserts to make for my family.

About dipping tasty morsels of food into melted chocolate, there’s something incredibly pleasurable. At buffets, no wonder chocolate fountains are such a hit – they’re so much fun!

EXPERT TIP

Depending on the chocolate brand you use, results will vary. Start with the measurements listed in the recipe card, then according to the results you get, adjust them.

Add a bit of heavy cream, 1 tablespoon at a time if the mixture is too thick. Add chocolate, one square (chopped) at a time if it’s too thin.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Without a fondue appliance can I make this recipe?

Yes! You can heat the heavy cream and on the stove, melt the chocolate.

It’s best to serve it on some type of hot plate (set on very low) to keep it warm once the mixture is ready, but to simply place it on a heatproof trivet, it’s also fine and serve it out of the saucepan.

How do I keep the fondue from hardening?

On a very low-heat fondue appliance/hot plate, it’s helpful to place it. If it starts to harden, you might also need to stir in an extra tablespoon of heavy cream.

Instead of chopped chocolate, can I use chocolate chips?

Yes, you can use chocolate chips. Remember that when baked in cookies, chocolate chips are made to retain their shape so they don’t melt as easily as chopped chocolate. But they should work just fine in this recipe if you’re patient.
