Keto Chocolate Heaven

After trying this amazing Keto dessert, you’ll see why it’s called “Keto Chocolate Heaven.” It’s so fluffy and flavorful that it will satisfy all your chocolate cravings for good!

You probably have an idea of how this dessert is going to taste with a name like this. Absolutely amazing, of course. When you’re struck by a serious chocolate craving, a single piece of this will crush your craving in two seconds flat.


Chocolate Base Ingredients

  • 4 oz butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cocoa powder preferably Dutch process
  • 1 cup Swerve Confectioners
  • Chocolate Topping Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder preferably Dutch process
  • 5 tbsp Swerve Confectioners


How to Make the Chocolate Base

  1. Take a pan and melt butter in it on low.
  2. Put vanilla extract and softened cream cheese when butter is melted. Turn off the heat and to mash the vanilla extract and cream cheese into the butter, use a fork.
  3. Take a bowl and add Swerve Confectioners and cocoa powder. Mix to combine.
  4. To the bowl, add cream cheese/butter mixture. Mix everything using a hand mixer on low, until you get a fluffy and well-combined mixture. (Note: Should be thick.)
  5. Into a pan, spread mixture evenly, making the top as smooth as possible. (prefer 8x6x2″ glass pan.) For easier removal, you can lightly grease the pan with refined coconut oil or use a silicone pan.
  6. Freeze for thirty mins. Before getting it out of the freezer, make the chocolate topping a few minutes before.

How to Make the Chocolate Topping

  1. Mix all ingredients. (coconut oil should be melted, and before adding it to the base, the topping should be made right ; or it will begin to firm up.)

How to Make the Final Dessert

  1. Take the chocolate base out from freezer. With the back of a spoon, smooth them a bit if there are any ridges on the top. .
  2. As evenly as possible, pour chocolate topping on top, tilt if necessary. Some of the base may melt slightly and give the top a fun swirl.
  3. Cut into thirty pieces! Enjoy!
