Cauliflower Skillet and Creamy Steak Bites

Steak is my favorite meat, seriously I could never get sick of it and eat it daily!

However I now have an amazing keto steak recipe that when it is to dang hot to go outside, I can make inside! Plus in the house, it is a recipe everyone loved.

In the fridge, I always have cauliflower. It’s my go to veggie recipe because it is so easy to make roasted cauliflower. Normally I am cooking a steak on the grill when I am having beef and cauliflower and cauliflower as a side dish, however I was not going outside to use the grill in the heat.

What to Serve with Steak Bites

Personally with it, I just serve a salad. It has meat and veggies all in one dish already. Parmesan Asparagus would be a good one if you are wanting to make other sides. Some other great sides would be,

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 6 cups chopped cauliflower
  • 2 pounds steak
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Add your butter in a large skillet over medium high heat and let it melt part way.
  2. Wash the cauliflower and cut into bite sized pieces while butter is melting.
  3. Add in your cauliflower and stir once butter is melted part way.
  4. Add in pepper, salt and garlic powder and mix well.
  5. Cook until the cauliflower starts to get a little bit of the brown coloring from being cooked with butter and is tender. Cut steak into bite sized pieces while cauliflower is cooking.
  6. Add in your steak bites and heavy cream once cauliflower is tender and mix well. Heat, until your steak reaches desired doneness.
  7. Plate and garnish with parsley.
