Ingredients

Keto Low-Carb Fathead Pizza Crust

  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 1/2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 egg
  • 1-2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon butter melted optional
  • Pizza Marinara Sauce
  • 1/2 cups Raos marinara sauce

Pizza Toppings

  • 20 sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • parsley to garnish optional

Instructions

Fathead Pizza Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. To a bowl(large), add the mozzarella and cream cheese. For SIXTY seconds, place in the microwave.
  3. Take mixture out from microwave. Put Italian Seasoning and stir.
  4. Stir in the almond flour. Place the bowl back in the microwave for another 30 seconds if the mixture becomes really thick and difficult to stir.
  5. Remove from microwave and stir. Add in the egg. Stir until the mixture forms crust.
  6. Over the pizza pan, place a sheet of parchment paper.
  7. Onto the parchment paper, spoon the dough. To help roll out and flatten the dough, place another sheet of parchment paper over the dough.
  8. Using a cooking brush, spread the melted butter over the crust for extra flavor. (optional)
  9. Throughout the pizza dough, using a fork, poke holes(This will allow the crust to rise).
  10. Bake for EIGHT minutes.

Assemble the Pizza and Bake

  1. Take pizza out from oven. Over the pizza crust, spread the Raos marinara sauce.
  2. Add the fresh spinach.
  3. Add the pepperoni slices throughout. On the top, sprinkle the mozzarella, cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Until the cheese has melted, bake for an additional 8-10 minutes(Mine was ready at 8 minutes).
  5. Cool before serving.
