A creamy, low-carb chocolate coffee beverage with only 6 carbohydrates, the Keto Iced Mocha! In your mixer, prepared! Paleo, clean diet, real food, and free of gluten, grains, dairy, and sugar.

I’ll be sipping this keto-iced mocha coffee beverage all summer long. Much superior to a coffee shop. And also healthier! only 6 carbohydrates and free of dairy!

Best feature? It is prepared in a blender. No pricey coffee maker is required!

Every day at 2:30 or 3:00 pm, I prepare this coffee as a pick-me-up. I anticipate that all day long!

Iced Mocha Keto

My preferred method of making coffee, cold brew, is used to make it. I also add cacao powder, monk fruit, collagen peptides for extra protein and better hair health, as well as dairy-free creamer, and cashews to make it creamy, and dairy-free creamer.

It should be blended in a blender before being served with a tonne of ice. I enjoy serving it in a quart Mason jar with this silicone straw and Mason jar drink top to make me feel fancy.

I feel as though I made a nice coffee shop beverage in my home kitchen!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 a cup of cold brew coffee
  • coconut milk, 1/3 cup
  • 1 teaspoon of raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1 tsp. of monk fruit
  • 1 scoop of collagen peptides

Instructions

  1. Combine(high-speed blender) the coffee, coconut milk, cashews, cacao powder, monk fruit, and collagen peptides. High-speed blending for 60 to 90 seconds, or until frothy and cashews are thoroughly pureed.
  2. Enjoy after serving over ice!
  3. My favorite way to drink mine is in a quart-sized Mason jar with a silicone straw and one of these drink lids. I get a fancy feeling!

Notes

Since it’s always available in the fridge and has a smoother flavor, I prefer cold brew coffee. It’s also much handier. It also works with hot brewed coffee.
Obviously also applies to caffeinated coffee!
I like coconut milk better. You could omit the cashews from this mocha by using my homemade coffee creamer, Nutpods, heavy cream if you don’t mind dairy, or my homemade coffee creamer, which already contains cashews.
You can also use cocoa powder without sugar.
My preferred sweetener for the keto diet is monk fruit. Use any sweetener you like the flavor of.
The collagen peptides are optional, but I enjoy them for the better gut, hair, skin, and nail health as well as to boost the protein content of my coffee and make it filling till supper.
