Keto One Pan Sausage and Shrimp

Keto One Pan Sausage And Shrimp

Keto One Pan Sausage and Shrimp. In just one pan, this low carb sausage and shrimp dish is roasted and is SO full of flavor!

Today using a different sausage product from Klement’s – Founder’s Select Pre-Cooked Polish Sausage, I have another recipe ! From this 60 year old company, the range of premium meat products includes summer sausages, snack sticks, fresh sausages, cocktail smokies, ring bologna and more.

How to Cook

To a large baking pan, add the diced turnip and drizzle with olive oil. In a preheated oven, roast for five minutes . Meanwhile, prepare the sausages and zucchini. Mix together smoked paprika, dried thyme and onion powder in a small bowl.

From the oven, remove the turnip , and add the seasoning blend, sausage and zucchini. So that everything is well coated, gently mix it all around . Season with salt and pepper.

For five additional minutes, roast , then add some de-veined and shelled shrimp (if you like, you can leave the tails on) and stir to mix. For another 12-15 minutes, return the pan to the oven or until the shrimp is cooked through. To actually chat and hang out with your friends and family rather than be stuck in the kitchen, this hands-off time in the kitchen leaves you so much more freedom !

Add some chopped fresh parsley, once everything is cooked and serve!
