How to Roast Cauliflower
- Cut cauliflower florets into bitesize pieces
- toss cauliflower with salt & pepper, oil, garlic,
- On a big baking sheet unfold in a unmarried layer

- 1 large head cauliflower separated into florets
- 3-4 cloves minced garlic
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
