CABBAGE:

  • Savoy or Napa cabbage will also work best. Avoid the use of red cabbage as the color will mix & mess with the color of other veggies. The green cabbage is ultimately the best one.

CHEESE:

  • Here, we are using the grated cheddar cheese as it melts beautifully with a strong flavor. You can swap the cheddar with mozzarella, Monterey Jack, gouda cheese, etc.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Run the empty oven at 190 degrees C.
  2. Cover the base & side of a large casserole/ 9 by 13-inch baking dish with the oil.
  3. Keep a skillet(large) over the normal-high flame.
  4. Place the sausage in that heated skillet.
  5. Cook by turning the sides until each side becomes brown.
  6. Then break them into little pieces using the spatula.
  7. After that, dish out the tiny cooked sausage pieces.
  8. Then, add the oil/butter to the same empty skillet.
  9. Include the diced yellow onions in the heated oil.
  10. Give the onions around four mins to become soft & translucent.
